LECM strives to be involved in the community through service. Students are active in a number of service opportunities throughout the year:

• Habitat for Humanity

• Taste of Weld County - Lutheran Family Services

• Trunk or Treat with Our Savior's Lutheran Church

• Make and distribute scarves throughout Greeley

• Care packages for faculty and staff

• Relay for Life - UNC

• Offerings to Lutheran Disaster Relief and Lutheran World Hunger

• Volunteer in local congregations for various activities 

• Preach and assist with worship in local congregations for Campus Ministry Sunday
